Yes, we teach in-person classes at our headquarters in Palermo and Chacabuco, and starting July 11 at the new headquarters in Las Cañitas.
In Toulouse, the classes are NOT Pilates Reformer. The classes ARE Pilates. Our search is much deeper, we propose to cover with the training the use of all Pilates equipment and spaces (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, TRX and Mat with elements).
Of course, elongation is part of each of our classes, but it is an active and different elongation. It is a time in which we have to continue being present and investigating.
Our subscriptions are set up so that you can take 1, 2 or 3 classes per week. There are people who choose to train more, and we create special subscriptions for 4 or 5 weekly classes. It's a personal choice. We can help and guide you, but it is up to you to decide, since you know your body, your needs and your history.
In Toulouse, we train. Pilates is a discipline to train and strengthen the body. “Lengthening” and “projecting” are fundamental concepts in our way of understanding Pilates, and they are covered throughout each class. And in the end, we always actively stretch.
In Toulouse it is not necessary for classes to be organized by levels. Our classes are taught in small groups of a maximum of 4 people and the teachers truly work in a personalized way with each student who attends (that is, there are not 4 students doing the same class). In this way, the class adapts to your needs and objectives.
Yes, even if you share classes with other people, your class will be designed individually and you will perform exercises that you can do and that generate well-being for your body.
The Trial Class is always paid in advance through bank transfer or Mercado Pago (option “Send Money”).
The Monthly Passes are paid via bank transfer prior to starting your classes, or in cash as an exception, in your first class at the studio.
This way, the reservation of your classes each month is confirmed for you and we do not give those appointments to other people.
Each student can download the Shifts App for free on their cell phone. From there, you can manage your classes, making the changes you need (up to 4 hours before each class), to recover them within the same current month.
Yes, we teach individual classes. They are not taught at the same times as group classes. They are generally organized from Monday to Friday, between 12pm and 4pm. It is important that you consult in advance, since we must organize our teachers so that you can take classes within that format.
